Florida State is losing to Virginia Tech 17-3 in the fourth quarter right now in Tallahassee. It has been a rough season opener for the Seminoles thus far.Even a couple of the home fans are having a tough night. During the third quarter, the ESPN camera panned to a group of men decked out in Florida State colors. That isn’t unusual in and of itself, but what was weird is that two of those guys were wearing FSU superhero costumes. To say they are taking some abuse on Twitter would be accurate.Grown men dress up as superheros at FSU game https://t.co/qiLzSpOxEo— Kevin McGuire (@KevinOnCFB) September 4, 2018At what point do you look in the mirror and realize you are an adult? pic.twitter.com/rXFgXY6DX2— Derek Tyson (@DerekJTyson) September 4, 2018Believe in something even if it means sacrificing everything. pic.twitter.com/7j6TG1huvM— Kevin McGuire (@KevinOnCFB) September 4, 2018Florida State pic.twitter.com/pW3WfNOUsE— Barrett Sallee (@BarrettSallee) September 4, 2018Fans, you do what you will but…unless you are unable to drive a car…don’t wear a cape. Yeah, I’ve already changed my mind, don’t do what you want if that thing is wearing a cape.— Josh McCuistion (@JLMcCuistion) September 4, 2018IF you insist a cape is the move, though, couple it with a mask to hide your identity and protect your loved ones… from the embarrassment pic.twitter.com/vM7kFcpGKF— Josh Helmholdt (@JoshHelmholdt) September 4, 2018Something a little bit different with Florida State football fans ? pic.twitter.com/nwhM0YzhUW— WonderousATX (@wonderousATX) September 4, 2018Note to those fans: love the enthusiasm fellas, but next time, just leave the costumes at home.
